OLD BONES • WHOLE NEW STORY

A 1973 ranch taken down to the studs and rebuilt from scratch. The finished home is a mix of vintage and new, but all custom: exposed wood crossbeams, a black-and-white patterned tile kitchen with brass fixtures, lacquered furniture, original art, beautiful drapery, and antique rugs. The before-and-after of the exterior says it all: a dated ranch became a crisp white home under the oaks.
